Wuxi Songda Heavy Machinery Co., LTD, was established in 2010, with around 120 employees, the company is located in Wuxi Huishan District Yanqiao Economic Development Zone, adjacent to Grand Canal, and also adjacent to Huning and Jinghu Expressway and Wuxi International Airport, has excellent geographical location and transport conditions.

The company main business is large non-standard heavy machinery and parts manufacturing, which is the main body of metal welding structure. We mainly serve the global small and medium sized engineering technology companies, providing the detailed drawings, manufacturing, installation and debugging services. The company pays great attention to the training of employees' skills innovation and has more than 30 international certified welders including BV, LR and DNV. The company has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system, established and improved a set of process production management, whole process quality monitoring system, and established a perfect procurement system and external supply chain. The company has 15000m2 standard heavy industry workshop, heavy duty lathe, boring machine, drilling machine, etc. Besides, it is equipped with independent sandblasting and painting workshops. To ensure that products meet high quality requirements of the European and American customers, Songda set up an independent physical and chemical laboratory, providing test of raw material physical and mechanical properties, chemical composition; and nondestructive testing of welds and materials, a full set of means containing UT, MT and RT, PT, etc. In addition, to ensure the quality of the large flange flatness, our company imported the world’s most advanced testing method from Germany. Through years of efforts, Songda has established a remarkable team with rich experience in international project management, which is deeply trusted by customers.

Songda since its establishment has good long-term relationship of cooperation with world famous corporations, such as EMS company in Canada, TMS company in Netherlands, Neuero company in Germany, Brightwater company in New Zealand, Sedgman company, HMA, BORAL company in Australia, Demuth company in Brazil, etc., deep understanding of European and American countries standards and technical specifications. The projects that have been successively worked on include four categories of products:

1. Marine structure: Marine bulk cargo self-unloading mechanical equipment, various kinds of Marine cranes, folding arms crane, Marine pile driving pile pipe manipulator, floating working platform; Ocean working walkways and platforms.

2. Port structure: Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of mechanical engineering structures such as stacker-reclaimer, stacking machines,  loading and unloading machines

3. Ore conveying system structure: ore conveying system, belt conveyor, tower structure of transfer station, guide chute and other steel structure

4. Other non-standard structure, engineering ore chassis, cantilever crane, abrasion resistant guide chute, stainless steel tank, etc
